3. Data Sources and Integration
3.1 Google Drive Integration
Data Access
WAI accesses your Google Drive data under the following conditions:
- Explicit Consent: Only files you specifically select and upload
- Limited Scope: CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and PDF files only
- No Browsing: We do not scan or access other files in your Google Drive
- User Control: You can revoke access at any time through Google Account settings
3.2 Database and Data Source Connections
User-Configured Databases
WAI may connect to databases and data sources that you explicitly configure and authorize:
- User Authorization: All database connections require your explicit setup and approval

5. User Responsibilities

- Ensure you have appropriate permissions to connect external databases to WAI

- Log out from shared or public devices
6. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you provide to WAI, including both uploaded files and data accessed through configured database connections. We process your data solely to provide our services and generate insights for your business use.
6.2 Generated Insights
AI-generated insights, reports, and analytics created from your data belong to you. WAI retains rights to our algorithms, software, and methodologies.
6.3 Platform Technology
WAI's artificial intelligence technology, algorithms, and platform infrastructure remain our intellectual property.
7. Service Availability and Performance
7.1 Service Levels
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

While our AI provides valuable insights, all results should be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before making business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
